ABOUT THE JOB: The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for leading the success and oversight of strategic pharmacy programs and operations for the organization. This role leads and oversees all health plan pharmacy related activities (USFHP and Part D), the development and ongoing monitoring of clinical pharmacy programs, and ongoing operations and the development and execution of the comprehensive strategic plan for the outpatient and mail order pharmacies. Additionally, the Director manages the integration of clinical programs; management of plan pharmaceutical expenditures; and compliance with contractual and accreditation obligations. This position works collaboratively with several other departments across the organization, including the Martins Point Health Care practices and the health plan.
