ABOUT THE JOB: The position of Manager, Retail Pharmacy is responsible for the organization, supervision, and effectiveness of the Martin’s Point on-site Health Center based pharmacies and the delivery of pharmacy services to support Martin’s Point Health Care Centers and Health Plans.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. required
  • At least 4 years of pharmacy experience in pharmacy operations
  • PBM/HMO/managed care experience preferred
  • Valid, State of Maine and New Hampshire Pharmacist License (unrestricted)
  • 2-5 years Supervisory/Management experience preferred
